This portable meter is used for bolt torquing, torque wrench calibration, switch or contact closure measurement and other industrial, QC, and materials testing applications. Features 3 units of measure as well as hold, peak, min-max, fast/slow sampling, hi/low resolution auto power off and an RS232 computer interface. Comes in a hard carrying case with a 15 kg/cm torque probe with (140mm) cable and a 9V battery.

TorqueMate Plus

  • A portable, accurate and versatile torque and angle display that fits comfortably in the hand yet is powerful and accurate to be used as a primary torque standard.
  • Designed for production, QC applications and calibration of hand or power torque tools.
  • Features ˇ§ARCˇ¨ technology, an instant auto-recognition system of the tranducer connected to the TorqueMate Plus. Transducers must have an auto recognition chip (ARC).
  • Includes a PC Windows based software program: Data Acquisition for collecting and analyzing data with Microsoft Excel®.
  • Peak torque and angle can be shown simultaneously and measured in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

Bottle & Cap Torque Analyzer

Easy to Use

Simply place jar into jaws, clamp jar snug (donˇ¦t over clamp), then push the red reset button on the front of the unit. Then twist lid and read the torque measured on the dial indicator.
